What is prohibited
- Photos of children or anyone under 18, including with parental permission.
- Photos of adults without their explicit consent to this use, impersonation, harassment or exploitation.
- Nudity, sexual or intimate content, attempts to remove clothing, or non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated imagery.
- Illegal content, threats, hateful or violent abuse, or images you do not have permission to use.
- Attempts to bypass moderation, evade usage limits, compromise accounts or disrupt the service.
HOW WE ENFORCE IT
Checks before.
Checks after.
We moderate input images and generated output. Content may be blocked before a result is shown, and failed or blocked generations return the reserved credit. Automated checks can make mistakes; they do not reliably establish age or consent. Your responsibility to upload permitted adult images still applies.
We may remove content and suspend accounts for violations. Contact us to report a missed violation or appeal an incorrect block. Include the try-on ID and a short explanation; do not attempt to get around the filters.
Report & request removal
Email TryDenim with the subject “Urgent: content removal”. The depicted person or an authorized representative can report. Please include:
- Your name and a way to contact you.
- The image URL, try-on ID or enough detail for us to locate the content.
- A brief statement that you have a good-faith belief the intimate image was shared without consent, plus any information that helps us understand the request.
- Your physical or electronic signature (your typed full name), and confirmation that you are the depicted person or authorized to act for them.
You do not need to send the intimate image again. We will ask only for information necessary to locate it and verify the request. We remove reported non-consensual intimate content within 48 hours of a valid request and make reasonable efforts to locate and remove known identical copies. We acknowledge the report with a reference and tell you the outcome or explain what additional information is needed.
This removal procedure follows the notice-and-removal approach of the TAKE IT DOWN Act. Read the FTC’s guidance. You can also report a platform’s failure to remove intimate images to the FTC.
