01 / Who can use TryDenim

By using TryDenim or creating an account, you agree to these terms and our Acceptable Use & Content Policy. You must be 18 or older. Do not upload photographs of children or anyone under 18, even with a parent’s permission.

02 / Your photos, your responsibility

Upload only your own photos or photos of an adult who has explicitly consented to this AI processing. You must also have the rights or permission to use the image itself. Consent to take a photograph is not automatically consent to upload it here.

For custom jeans, you are responsible for the uploaded garment image and any copyright, trademark or other rights in it. A shop listing or screenshot is not automatically licensed for reuse. Our catalog is a visual style reference, not an offer to sell a particular garment or an endorsement by a clothing brand.

You retain your rights in your uploads and grant us permission to store, process and send them to our service providers only as needed to deliver, moderate and support the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not request nudity, explicit or intimate imagery, clothing removal, harassment or non-consensual edits.

03 / A visual exploration

Results may change proportions, fabric, color, details or other parts of a photo. Check real measurements, materials and the seller’s return policy. We do not guarantee a particular output, uninterrupted service or that a preview will match a real garment. Nothing here limits consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

04 / Credits & payments

1 successful try-on = 1 credit. Try 3 fits uses three credits for three successful results. Credits never expire and packs add to your balance. They are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Current pack prices and credit counts are shown on Pricing and at checkout.

A credit is reserved when a try-on starts. Failed generations, timeouts and moderation blocks automatically return it. Unused purchased credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Used credits are not refundable under this policy, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

Polar handles payment and money refunds. Free or promotional credits have no cash value. Save your order receipt if you need payment support.

05 / Accounts & enforcement

Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate account information. Do not bypass usage limits, automate abusive requests, access other people’s data or interfere with the service. We may block content, suspend an account or terminate access for violations, including attempts to obtain nude or explicit images.

You can ask us to review an enforcement decision. Deleting your account removes access to its credits; request any eligible money refund before deletion. Photos and results are stored for 30 days unless deleted sooner. Details of retained account and transaction records are in the Privacy Policy.

06 / Questions & changes

Contact us about these terms, a disputed payment or an account decision. We aim to reply within 48 hours. These terms apply to TryDenim, a product of 42n. Material changes will be announced on the service, with an updated date; they do not retrospectively remove rights attached to a purchase.
