We aim to respond to support, deletion requests and complaints within 48 hours. For non-consensual intimate images, we remove reported content and known identical copies within 48 hours of a valid request.
No account is needed to report harmful content. You can also act on behalf of the person depicted.
Include your account email, the date and the try-on or order ID. Never send a password or full payment-card details.
Refunds →Delete photos and results directly in your account, or contact us to request deletion or exercise your privacy rights.
Open account settings →Use the subject “Urgent: content removal”. Include enough information to locate the image; you do not need to attach it again.
